ScyLight is ESA's programme for optical and quantum communication technologies in space. The annual ScyLight Conference is where European industry, research and institutional stakeholders come together to present the latest advances and align on the direction of the field.
For the Dutch laser satcom ecosystem, ScyLight is a key part of the European context the field operates in. The three strategic goals the ecosystem is working toward, contributing to sovereign satellite infrastructure, developing optical user terminals and enabling quantum-secure communications, are directly connected to the agenda this event addresses.
